Greene County Court Administrator
The Court Administrator is appointed by the Court En Banc and serves under the direct supervision of the Presiding Judge. Normal duties are Budget preparation and execution; advising the Court on best practices; working on special projects; providing supervision of Court Bailiffs; and acting as a liaison between the Court and county, municipal and state organizations.

Jerry Moyer has served as the Court Administrator of Greene County Circuit Court since 2008. Prior to his current employment, he worked as a law enforcement officer for 7 years and then in 1983 was elected as Clerk of the Circuit Court for Barton County, Missouri. He served as Circuit Clerk for 24 years and during his tenure JIS and Court Consolidation were implemented. He obtained a B.S. at the College of the Ozarks majoring in Criminal Justice Administration and a minor in Sociology. He graduated from the 8th Law Enforcement Academy at Missouri Southern State University. He is a Fellow the Institute For Court Management, National Center For State Courts, Williamsburg, Virginia. NCSC has certified him as faculty for Managing Court Financial Resources and Court Performance Standards - CourTools Courses. He is currently a member of the Missouri Court Automation Committee, the MCA Implementation Committee and Chairman of the MCA Change Control Sub-Committee.
