Sue Carter

Chief Deputy Clerk

Sue Carter graduated from the College of the Ozarks with a major in Criminal Justice Administration and a minor in Psychology and Corrections. In 1977 she was hired by the Greene County Sheriff's Office as a commissioned deputy sheriff assigned to the jail. During the year of 1988, she was offered a position working with Division 22 of the 31st Judicial Courts in Greene County. Ms Carter has worked all sections of the Greene County Circuit Clerk's Office. In her 28 years of service, she has been promoted several times, and now holds the position of Chief Deputy.
